Alan gave a keynote talk at the Digitalize conference in Stockholm. This event was an interesting overview of both current progress and the future possibilities of digital societies, and had an enjoyable and diverse group of attendees. It seems only months since we celebrated Eric’s Masters defense (it was), but now we welcome him back to the lab in his new role of PhD candidate! Eric’s path will take a rather unique trajectory over the next 6 years, combining research into how reputations and reputation systems impact decision-making with the teaching of statistics and research methods at BSI.
