Kathryn Givvin
MSc Student
Kathryn is a research intern in the lab and a Research Master's student in Behavioral Science at Radboud University. She earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from UCLA, in the U.S.
Her research interests center on behavioral economics and decision-making, with a particular interest in how behavior can be shaped to promote prosocial outcomes. In the lab, she is investigating how framing money as either security or freedom influences financial risk-taking and whether these effects differ between Dutch and American students.
Outside of her studies, Kathryn enjoys running and rowing as well as exploring new cities with her camera in hand. Her most recent obsession is sewing with Gilmore Girls playing in the background.
